Historic Ranches of North Tucson and Oracle
For the first time, a remarkable collection of historic ranches in the high desert northwest of Tucson will open their gates to the public in support of historic preservation. This year’s annual tour will spotlight exceptional examples of Arizona ranches dating from the 1880s to the 1940s, nestled in the storied landscapes of Oro Valley and Oracle.
This rare opportunity invites guests to step inside some of the region’s most iconic ranch properties—places that capture the spirit of Arizona’s ranching legacy and have helped shape the architectural and cultural identity of the Southwest. Never before featured on the Foundation’s annual tour, these distinctive sites offer a fresh and unforgettable journey through Arizona’s past.
This is a self-guided tour with six diverse and historic properties that have never been featured on a THPF tour and are located northwest of Tucson. Tickets are limited.
