The Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation’s Spring Home Tour is made possible through the generous support of our volunteer docents.

Docents are stationed at each featured property to welcome guests, share the history and architectural significance of the site, and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day.

There are two volunteer shifts:

Morning Shift: 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 12:15 PM – 4:00 PM

All volunteers are warmly invited to visit the other tour homes during their off-shift hours.

An in-person orientation will be held the week before the tour, providing an overview of each property and giving you all the tools and information you’ll need.

Once you sign up, your assigned site captain will reach out with further details.
